Server logs

When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is recorded by the hosting provider: shortened IP address, time of access, page requested, referrer, and browser and device details. This data serves the operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data sources.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the details you enter — name, phone number or email address, and your message — are transmitted in order to answer your enquiry.

Phone and WhatsApp

This website uses no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks and no social media plugins.

Processing takes place in order to provide and secure the website, and to answer enquiries and arrange appointments. The basis is your agreement in making contact, together with the overriding interest in the secure operation of the website under the FADP.

This website is hosted with Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with data centres worldwide including in Switzerland and the EU). Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland; Cloudflare bases such transfers on standard contractual clauses.

Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period. Enquiries by form, email or message are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up questions, and are then deleted — as a rule after twelve months.
