2. What data is processed
Server logs
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is recorded by the hosting provider: shortened IP address, time of access, page requested, referrer, and browser and device details. This data serves the operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data sources.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the details you enter — name, phone number or email address, and your message — are transmitted in order to answer your enquiry.
TBD: in the current draft the form is inactive and sends nothing. Once it goes live, the form service used must be named here as a processor.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you call or send a WhatsApp message, data is generated at your telecoms provider and ours. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. additionally applies; using it is voluntary, and you can reach us by phone without it.
No analytics
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks and no social media plugins.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. No cookie banner is therefore required.
Fonts
All fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Map
Directions link out to Google Maps. No map is embedded — a connection to Google is only made if you click the link.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Processing takes place in order to provide and secure the website, and to answer enquiries and arrange appointments. The basis is your agreement in making contact, together with the overriding interest in the secure operation of the website under the FADP.
4. Processors and transfers abroad
This website is hosted with **Cloudflare** (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with data centres worldwide including in Switzerland and the EU). Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland; Cloudflare bases such transfers on standard contractual clauses.
TBD: add the form service once the contact form goes live.
5. Retention
Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period. Enquiries by form, email or message are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up questions, and are then deleted — as a rule after twelve months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data processed about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Please contact the address given above. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. Changes
This policy may be adapted if the website or the services used change. The version published on this page applies.
